双龙在日内瓦车展发布了Tivoli XLV，这是一款更大，更实用的跨界车。Tivoli XLV算不上是本届车展最漂亮的车型，它牺牲了某些外观上的特性以提升实用性。该车与Tivoli标准版轴距同为2.6米，但C柱往后延长了238毫米，形成了一个更大的行李箱，最大容积达到720立升。延长的车尾使该车看起来比标准版更粗壮，当然，也可以让车主放更多的东西。此外，该车的后排椅背可以按照60:40比例折叠放平，从而形成更大储物空间。车厢内还有多个储物空间，车门内可存放1.5升饮料瓶。在行李箱地板下还有储物空间，行李网和钩子以便于存放各种物品。其他方面该车与标准版基本一样，搭载一台1.6升汽油引擎，功率128马力@6000转/分，扭矩160牛米@4600转/分。另外还有一台1.6升柴油引擎，功率115马力@3400转/分，扭矩300牛米@1500转/分。这些引擎可搭配六速手动或可选装爱信的六速自动变速器，可选择双轮或四轮驱动。与Tivoli标准版一样，这款车也将在韩国生产。
SsangYong Tivoli enlarged in Geneva with XLV version
SsangYong has introduced in Geneva the Tivoli XLV, a larger and more practical version of the crossover.
Certainly not the prettiest car being exhibited these days in Geneva, the Tivoli XLV loses some of the original model’s looks in favor of a boosted practicality. It has the same 2,600-mm wheelbase as the standard Tivoli, but it is 238 mm longer after the C pillar to create a bigger trunk that can swallow a massive 25.4 cubic feet (720 liters.)
The stretched rear end makes the SsangYong Tivoli XLV look significantly bulkier than the regular model, but on the other hand the longer rear end allows owners to haul a lot more cargo. For even more space, the 60:40-split rear seats can be folded flat which will be handy whenever carrying longer items. There are multiple stowage areas inside the cabin and all of the door pockets can hold a 1.5-liter bottle. In addition, the trunk comes with a discrete underfloor storage area, luggage net, and a hook to carry various items.
Other than that, the Tivoli XLV is basically the same as the regular model and will be available with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine developing 128 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 160 newton meters of torque from 4,600 rpm. There’s also a 1.6-liter diesel rated at 115 hp from 3,400 rpm and 300 Nm available starting 1,500 rpm. These engines can work with either a six-speed manual or an optional Aisin six-speed automatic transmission, with a choice of a two- or four-wheel drive arrangement.
Just like the regular Tivoli, the bigger XLV version will be manufactured at home in South Korea.
