丰田计划在纽约车展发布汉兰达中期改款车。新车在外观设计上没有大的变化，只是对散热器格栅进行了小改款，重新设计了前大灯。新增加的SE车型配备了19英寸轮圈，运动悬挂及深色格栅和前大灯。新车最大变化或许是用额外增加的新开发八速自动变速箱替代先前的六速变速箱。按照丰田的说法，新车搭载的3.5升V6自然进气汽油引擎也是新的，不过车厂目前并未公布其功率和油耗。2017款汉兰达继续提供2.7升直列四缸引擎并搭配六速自动变速器。而混动版增加了两个新的车型，从而使混动系列增加到四款车型。新车提供了各种安全和辅助驾驶系统，包括自动刹车，车道偏离警示，自动远光灯，自适应巡航控制等。2017款汉兰达将在丰田印第安纳工厂投产，今年秋季上市。

 

2017 Toyota Highlander heading to New York with new V6 & 8AT

Toyota has prepared a mid-cycle facelift for the Highlander and the vehicle will be presented during the upcoming New York Auto Show.

 

Toyota is playing it safe in terms of design and the 2017 model year brings only a refreshed radiator grille and redesigned headlights for the Highlander. A new SE top trim level gets 19-inch wheels, sports suspension, and dark finish for the grille and headlapms.

 

Probably the biggest news for the model is the addition of a newly-developed eight-speed automatic gearbox that replaces the previous six-speed transmission. The new mechanism will be offered for a 3.5-liter V6 petrol naturally aspirated engine that the manufacturer says is also new. Power and fuel consumption numbers are yet to be announced.

 

The 2017 Highlander will also be available with the base 2.7-liter inline-four engine that is paired with a 6-speed auto. As before, there’s also the Highlander Hybrid with two new trim levels expanding the portfolio to a total of four grades.

 

As one would expect, the SUV features a variety of safety and assistant systems, such as automatic braking, lane-departure warnings, auto high-beams, and adaptive cruise control that all come as standard.

 

The refreshed Highlander will continue to be produced in Toyota’s Indiana factory with sales starting in the fall of 2016.
