Pagani将在8月21日开幕的加州原石滩车展发布Huayra敞篷版。Pagani在日内瓦车展发布了Huayra BC，但车厂还计划推出其敞篷版车型。据公司内部人士透露，该车开发已经进入最后阶段，计划生产的100辆车型中已经有75辆被预订。虽然目前不清楚该车细节，但敞篷版由于额外增加了强化结构，显然将比硬顶版更重，而硬顶版的重量为1350公斤。预计新车将采用普通车门而非鸥翼车门，另外车型也将有其他变化以便使其与硬顶版车型有更多不同。敞篷版仍将继续搭载奔驰-AMG提供的6.0升V12双涡轮增压引擎，功率537千瓦/730马力，扭矩1000牛米。由于车重增加，因此性能会受到影响，预计车辆百公里加速时间略低于硬顶版的3.3秒，最高时速也将略低于硬顶版的370公里。

 

Pagani Huayra Roadster set for August debut at Pebble Beach

A new report indicates Pagani will officially introduce the Huayra Roadster this August during the 2016 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in California.

 

Pagani recently came out with the Huayra BC at the Geneva Motor Show, but it seems the specialty marque is already putting the finishing touches on another model, the Huayra Roadster. Undisclosed sources within the company are saying the model is currently “in the final stages of development” and already 75 out of a total of 100 cars have been ordered.

 

Details concerning the model are not available at this point, but obviously it will be a tad heavier than the coupe due to the extra reinforcements which will add some bulk on top of the coupe’s 2,976 pounds (1,350 kilograms). Needless to say, the spectacular gullwing doors will make way for conventional doors and there could also be some other changes to the body to further set it apart from its fixed roof sibling.

 

The biturbo 6.0-liter V12 engine from Mercedes-AMG will likely be carried over with 730 horsepower (537 kilowatts) and 737 pound-feet (1,000 newton meters) of torque. The slightly increased weight will have a negative impact on performance, so the sprint to 62 mph (100 kph) will take a tad more than the coupe’s 3.3 seconds while the top speed will drop a bit from 230 mph (370 kph).

 

Until then, the “regular” Pagani   Huayra Roadster will be unveiled at the 2016 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on August 21, that is if the report turns out to be valid.
