本田在去年的上海车展发布了一款Concept D概念车，据说该车量产版将被命名为“UR-V”。这款本田投放中国市场的旗舰级预计将在4月的北京车展亮相，随后将由广州本田投产并于今年四季度在国内上市。本田表示，该车将配备“先进的安全系统和其他先进配置”。该车将搭载2.4升自然进气和2.0升涡轮增压引擎，搭配六速自动变速器，而高端版本还将提供全轮驱动系统。至于售价，UR-V起价25万人民币，提供所有配置的顶级款售价将达到42.5万元。除了UR-V，本田还计划推出另一款基于飞度的紧凑型跨界车“WR-V”。虽然该车与HR-V基于同一平台，但两款车外观完全不同，据传更像一辆底盘抬高后的飞度。

 

Honda's China flagship SUV to be called UR-V?

It was last year at Auto Shanghai where Honda unveiled the Concept D and judging by a trademark filling in China it seems the production version will be named “UR-V.” It will act as Honda’s flagship SUV in China where the model will be exclusively sold starting with the fourth quarter of the year. The midsize SUV is expected to receive its premiere in production guise next month at Beijing Motor Show.

 

While the Concept D certainly wasn’t a looker, the prototype spotted testing last year in Spain appeared to be considerably more appealing thanks to a less radical design. Little else is known about the model, but Honda said it will feature “advanced safety technologies and other advanced features” and will be built by the Guangzhou-Honda joint venture.

 

Reports originating from China suggest the Honda UR-V will be offered with naturally-aspirated 2.4-liter and turbocharged 2.0-liter engines linked to a six-speed automatic transmission. Some of the more expensive versions are going to be available with an all-wheel drive arrangement.

 

In terms of pricing, the base version is said to begin from approximately 250,000 yuan (about $38,400) and go all the way up to 425,000 yuan ($65,200) for the fully-loaded model.

 

There were other names in that trademark filling, including “WR-V” which is believed to be for a Jazz/Fit-based crossover. The WR-V is expected to be different than the HR-V which has the same platform and is rumored to look pretty much like a jacked up Jazz.
