近日，OmniAuto发布了最新绘制的宝马X7合成图。该车与下一代X5共享CLAR平台。作为X车系中的顶级款，X7甚至比7系轿车更豪华。X7内部将可搭乘七名乘客，但在X7生命周期后半程还将增加一款超豪华版本，内部提供四个独立座椅。后排乘客可享受带有透气，加热和按摩功能的座椅，同时高端娱乐系统将提供音响、导航和娱乐功能。至于动力系统，X7预计将成为宝马首款搭载6.6升V12引擎的车型，另外还提供V8和直列六缸汽油和柴油引擎。X7将在南卡罗来纳州斯帕滕伯格工厂投产，2019年上市。入门级车型在美国市场起价预计将达到14.5万美元（约合人民币94.1万元），比7系车起价高出了8.13万美元。

 

BMW X7 rendering previews flagship V12 SUV

BMW wants to rival the Mercedes-Benz GLS, Land Rover Range Rover, and the likes with a brand new X7 SUV, previewed unofficially by our colleagues at OmniAuto.

 

Recently it was revealed the Bavarian brand is already working on the next generation X5, set to be based on the Cluster Architecture (CLAR) that also underpins the current 7 Series. The X5 (F15) is only three years old now and we are tempted to believe BMW is rushing with the development of the new X5 only to get ready for the flagship X7 as soon as possible.

 

Yes, the two vehicles will share many of its components and will sit at the top of the X range of the brand with the X7 taking the top spot. It will be the true pinnacle of the brand, as it is believed to be even more luxurious than the latest 7 Series.

 

At first, the X7 will be offered as a seven-seat SUV, but later during the model’s life cycle it will be joined by an ultra-luxurious variant that will feature four individual seats. Rear passengers will enjoy ventilation, heating, and massaging functions, while an advanced entertainment system will provide audio, navigation, and entertainment features.

 

As far as the engines are concerned, the X7 is expected to become the first X model to be offered with BMW’s biggest engine in the portfolio – the 6.6-liter V12 unit that is also available for the 7 Series. V8 and straight-six petrol and diesel engines sourced from the X5 are also planned.

 

The X7 was already confirmed for a market launch in 2019, when production will begin at BMW’s Spartanburg factory in South Carolina, the U.S. Customers will have to pay at least $145,000 for the entry-level version, which makes it significantly more expensive than the 7 Series which starts at $81,300.
