Hyundai has announced the 2017 Elantra Eco will be priced from $20,650 in the United States.

 

Set to become the most fuel-efficient Elantra, the model features a stylish exterior with projector beam headlights, LED daytime running lights, and 15-inch alloy wheels.

 

The interior comes nicely equipped with heated front seats, a dual-zone automatic climate control system, and a seven-inch Display Audio system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. Drivers will also find a leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel, power windows / locks, and a push-button ignition. Other highlights include a split folding rear seat, Bluetooth connectivity, and a 3.5-inch TFT display in the instrument cluster.

 

Power is provided by a turbocharged 1.4-liter GDI four-cylinder engine that produces 128 horsepower and 156 pound-feet of torque. It is connected to a seven-speed EcoShift Dual Clutch Transmission which enables the car to return 32 miles per gallon city, 40 mpg highway, and 35 mpg combined.
