与3月份相比，4月国内MPV整体表现较差。销量跌幅最大的是上海通用五菱宏光和宝骏730。其中宝骏730销量从1月份的40000辆跌至4月份的15100辆。宏光4月的销量也降至15900辆。消费者正在转向SUV车型。一些分析人士指出，车厂之间的价格战导致MPV销量的下跌。而别克GL8 4月销量出现增长，重回销量前十名。分析人士称，新一代GL8更多价格优惠将导致销量增长。奥德赛表现平平，而艾力绅销量略有增长。长安欧诺和欧尚4月表现突出，欧诺销量虽然略有下降，但比宝骏730高出很多，销量仅次于宏光，欧尚销量略有增加。欧尚今年销量保持稳定增长，夺走了部分家用MPV市场份额。4月MPV总计销量为179500辆，比3月下降23.36%，比去年同期增长7.49%。欧尚、宏光H3和GL8表现最好。除了这三款车，销量前十位的其他车型4月份总计销量为132100辆，占市场总销量的73.59%，而3月这一比例为74.97%。自今年1月以来MPV市场份额一直在下滑，而车厂的努力可能会在未来改变这一趋势。

 

MPV in April: Baojun 730 Fell more than 40% and Auchan steadily Rose

Compared with March, the MPV market has a generally poor performance in April. The greatest fall belongs to SGMW Hongguang and Baojun 730. The monthly sales of Baojun 730 decreases from 40,000 units in January to 15,100 units in April. SGMW Hongguang also drops 15,900 units’ sales in April. With SGMW’s efforts, consumers are turning to SUV market. Some analysts say the price war between auto companies will result in dropping sales of MPV models.

 

With sales volume increasing in April, GL8 return to top 10. Analyses believe the new generation of Buick GL8 will result in price discount and boost sales growth. Odyssey has an average performance and Elysion shows slight sales increase.

 

Chana Honor and Auchan have remarkable performances in April. In spite of the slight decrease, Honor’s sales are larger than Baojun 730, only second to SGMW Hongguang. Auchan has slight increase. Honor’s sales are steadily increasing this year and seizing certain family MPV market shares.

 

The total MPV sales in April are 179,500 units, decreasing 23.36% with March and increasing 7.49% with April, 2015. Auchan, Huansu H3 and GL8 perform best among the declining market. Besides, the top ten models in sales have a total sales volume of 132,100 units, accounting for 73.59% of the market, compared with 74.97% in March. The proportion is dropping since January and auto companies’ efforts in MPV market may change the dominating situation in the future.
