德国改装厂搏速近日在勒芒24小时耐力赛上推出了一款世界上行驶速度最快，动力最强劲四座敞篷车。该车基于奔驰-AMG S63敞篷车。该车采用纯黑涂装，搭载一台5.9升V8双涡轮增压引擎（而标准版搭载的V8引擎排量为5.5升）配备更大增压器和专属排气歧管并额外增加了新的75毫米排气头段和重新改造的金属催化剂以及不锈钢排气系统。经过这一系列改造后，该引擎功率达到625千瓦/838马力，扭矩1450牛米。为了保持引擎的纵置布局，搏速安装了新的控制软件，将扭矩控制在1150牛米。与引擎搭配的是4MATIC全驱和七速自动变速器（带方向盘手动铝制换挡拨片）。该车百公里加速时间仅需3.5秒，0-200公里/小时加速时间9.4秒，最高时速350公里，这还是经过电子限速后的最高时速。除了引擎升级外，该车的车身更坚固，配备了21英寸锻造轮圈，悬挂高度降低了15毫米，车辆内装也进行了改进。

 

Brabus debuts world’s fastest, most powerful four-seat cabrio at Le Mans

Debuting today at the Le Mans 24-hour endurance race, the Brabus-tuned Mercedes-AMG S63 Cabrio is now the world’s most powerful and quickest four-seater convertible. Developed in collaboration with Motul, the menacing open-top S63 adopts a sinister all-black look and comes with an enlarged V8 engine with a 5.9-liter displacement. That’s up from the standard 5.5 liters.

 

The two turbochargers have been replaced with Brabus’ own and these feature bigger compressor units and bespoke exhaust manifolds. In addition, new 75-mm down pipes and reworked metal catalysts are part of the package, as is the stainless steel exhaust system.

 

With all the tweaks implemented, the S63 Cabrio’s bigger engine will churn a massive 838 horsepower (625 kilowatts) and a tire-shredding 1,069 pound-feet (1,450 newton-meters) of torque. To preserve the engine’s longevity, Brabus is installing a software which limits torque to a still earth-moving 848 lb-ft (1,150 Nm). All that power is delivered to an all-wheel-drive 4MATIC system through a seven-speed automatic gearbox featuring a manual shift mode via the steering wheel-mounted aluminum paddle shifters.

 

Let’s talk performance. The sprint from a standstill to 62 miles (100 kilometers) per hour is going to take only three and a half seconds (down by 0.4s) while the 0-124 mph (0-200 kph) task is done in just 9.4 seconds. With enough clear road up ahead, the tuned S63 Cabrio by Brabus will max out at 217 mph (350 kph) which is actually electronically-capped because of tire limitations.

 

To complete the tuning package, the high-performance four-seater convertible has received a beefier body, 21-inch forged wheels, -15mm suspension lowering module, and a bunch of cabin tweaks.
