斯柯达将在今年巴黎车展发布Kodiaq，随后将于明年初上市。作为一款典型的斯柯达车型，Kodiaq在性价比，宽敞内部空间，做工质量等方面达到更高水平。其中行李箱最大容积，可达2065立升，该车还将提供车门边缘橡胶压条以避免车辆在车库或停车场停车时因碰撞对车身造成损害。此外还有电子童锁，可提供专门头枕，适合长途旅行的舒适睡眠套装。该车在明年上市之初将提供五座和七座版本，搭载两种柴油，三种汽油引擎，搭配六速手动和DSG自动变速箱。入门级车型提供前轮驱动，而高端版本将提供全轮驱动。斯柯达表示，该车在崎岖路面行驶感觉会很舒适。为应对复杂路况，车厂提供了全景摄像系统，可以对车辆周边环境进行监控。如果需要拖挂大型SUV，拖挂辅助系统可以让车辆在倒车时灵活应对，而新的行人保护预测系统可以在探测到前方出现障碍物时自动刹车。

 

Skoda Kodiaq arrives early 2017, first official specs and photos

Skoda is continuing the teasing game for its first-ever large SUV. The Kodiaq will be revealed online in September this year with a global debut scheduled for the Paris Motor Show in early October, and will go on sale in the beginning of 2017.

 

As a typical Skoda, the SUV will be focused on offering good quality for its value and many clever interior solutions, part of the Simply Clever philosophy. In addition to a trunk capacity of up to 2,065 liters, the Kodiaq will offer a door-edge protection that deploys automatically to avoid damaging the vehicle in garages or car parks. There is also an electric child safety lock for the youngest passengers, as well as a sleep comfort package with special headrests for long trips.

 

The crossover will be launched in early 2017 in five- and seven-seat versions, and will be initially available with two diesel and three petrol units. As expected, a six-speed manual and a DSG automatic gearboxes will be on the list. Base models will be driven by the front wheels, while higher-end variants will feature an all-wheel-drive system.

 

Skoda says the new car “feels equally at home on rough terrain,” and to help drivers on rugged terrains the manufacturer is introducing the Area View cameras that display the vehicle’s immediate surroundings on the monitor. When a trailer is attached to the large SUV, a Tow Assist supporting system takes over maneuvering when reversing slowly, while a new predictive pedestrian protection function brakes automatically as soon as it detects an obstacle.
