戴姆勒-比亚迪中国合资公司近日向中国市场推出升级版 Denza 400纯电动车，续航里程400公里。该车基于奔驰B级车，配备62千瓦时电池，与特斯拉del S 60一样，是B级电动车容量的一倍。升级后的电池模块并未因为容量大于原来的47.5千瓦时电池就占用更多空间。目前还不清楚新的电池组是否采用了比亚迪的磷酸亚铁锂化学技术，而上一款车型则采用了该技术。新车性能没有变化，Aurora版本百公里加速时间10.5秒，虽然该车采用了容量更大电池，但加速性仍弱于B级电动车。

 

Denza 400 gets 249-mile range, hints at new Mercedes-Benz EV

Daimler-BYD's China joint venture has introduced an updated EV, the Denza 400, that boats a 400 kilometer (249 mile) electric driving range.

 

Based on the Mercedes-Benz B-Class, the Denza 400 boasts a 62-kWh battery -- on par with the Tesla Model S 60 and more than twice the capacity offered for the B-Class Electric Drive.

 

The improved battery module is said to deliver the extra storage capacity without taking up more space than the Denza's previous 47.5-kWh pack. It is unclear if the latest battery uses an evolution of BYD's lithium iron phosphate chemistry, employed by the original Denza.

 

Performance appears to be unchanged, with an 'Aurora' edition reaching 62 mph from a stop in 10.5 seconds. The Denza is still slightly slower than the B-Class EV, despite its higher battery capacity.
