宝马专供中国市场X1插电混动车亮相

 宝马近日向中国市场推出了X1 xDrive25Le iPerformance插电混动车,这款专供中国市场的新能源车型近日首次在成都车展亮相。该车由华晨宝马组装,搭载一台前置1.5升三缸涡轮增压引擎和一台电机,综合输出功率100千瓦/134马力,扭矩220牛米,搭配六速变速箱,电机功率为70千瓦/94马力,瞬间扭矩165牛米。车辆综合扭矩输出385牛米,百公里加速时间7.4秒,在纯电动模式下最高时速120公里。作为一款插电混动车,油耗是消费者最关心问题。宝马称,该车百公里综合油耗仅为1.8升,由于该车配备了10.7千瓦时锂电池组,在纯电动模式下续航里程60公里。当电池电量耗尽后,耗时3.7/2.9小时可充满80%电量。按照该车配备的35升油箱计算,最大续航里程为630公里。该车外观没有什么特别之处,与其他国内版本长轴距版车型一样。唯一的不同是前左侧翼子板增加了一个盖板,在充电插口下面和C柱上有一个“BMW i”标志。车厢内很宽敞,后排座椅可按照40:20:40比例折叠放平,而且可以前后滑动,幅度为13厘米。行李箱储物容积为445立升,如果将后排椅背放平可提升至1550立升。该车将于今年底或明年初在国内上市。

 

China-only BMW X1 plug-in hybrid debuts with 37-mile electric range

We’ve been sharing spy shots of the plug-in hybrid BMW X1 for quite some time and now the eco-friendly crossover is finally here. The problem is, much like the 1 Series Sedan, the alternatively-powered X1 is a China-only affair. Set to be sold in the People’s Republic as the ‘X1 xDrive25Le iPerformance,’ the model is making its debut at the Chengdu Motor Show 2016 as the very first plug-in hybrid in the compact luxury SUV segment.

 

BMW Brilliance will be in charge of assembly and is going to pair a turbocharged three-cylinder, 1.5-liter engine mounted at the front with an electric motor sitting in the back. The combustion engine pushes out 134 horsepower (100 kilowatts) and 162 pound-feet (220 Newton-meters) of torque delivered to the road through a six-speed gearbox, whereas the electric motor generates up to 94 hp (70 kW) and an instant torque of 122 lb-ft (165 Nm). With the power of the two combined, the hybridized X1 will have 284 lb-ft (385 Nm) which is going to be enough for a 0-62 mph (0-100 kph) sprint in a respectable 7.4 seconds. In electric mode, the crossover will be able to max out at 75 mph (120 kph).

 

With this being a plug-in hybrid, prospect buyers will be mostly interested in fuel consumption. BMW says the model will need only 1.8 liters / 100 km (130 mpg US / 157 mpg UK) in the combined cycle and will be able to cover as much as 37 miles (60 km) solely on electric power thanks to the 10.7-kWh lithium battery. Once the battery pack is depleted, a full recharge is going to take 3.7 hours or 2.9 hours to reach an 80-percent charge level. If we take into account the 35-liter gasoline tank, the maximum range will stand at approximately 391 miles (630 km).

 

There’s not much to talk about in terms of design since we only have one official image for now and it’s showing the X1 xDrive25Le iPerformance looking virtually the same as the conventional long-wheelbase model, yet another China-only product. The only differences are the extra cap on the front-left fender and the BMW i logo noticeable under the charge port and also on the C-pillar.

 

The interior will be almost as roomy as the one you get in the stretched X1 and will benefit from a sunroof along with 40:20:40-split rear seat backrest that will slide back and forth by up to 13 cm (5.1 inches). Cargo capacity will vary between 445 liters (15.7 cubic feet) with the seats up and 1,550 liters (54.7 cu. ft.)

 

Sales of the BMW X1 xDrive25Le iPerformance will begin in China either by the year’s end or early 2017.
