最近谍照记者在瑞典北部首次拍到了奔驰-AMG GLC63轿跑车照片，这辆轻度伪装原型车采用了更具侵略性前脸，更大散热孔可以为更大，动力更强劲引擎输送更多冷空气。从车尾的四个排气尾管就可以轻易判断该车是GLC63，在排气管中间应该是散流器，不过这辆原型车并没有配备。车轮内硕大的刹车盘也表明这是GLC系列中的顶级款。至于该车动力系统，将是一台4.0升V8双涡轮引擎。目前还不清楚其输出功率是否与C63/C63 S相同，抑或是更高。最糟糕的情况是，标准版GLC63轿跑车功率349千瓦/469马力，扭矩648牛米；S版功率375千瓦/503马力，扭矩698牛米。无论是GLC63还是其轿跑车版本都将于明年亮相并标配4Matic全驱系统，随后将于年底上市。目前还不清楚这两款车是一起发布还是轿跑车版本晚几个月推出。

 

Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 Coupe spied for the first time

Having seen the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 out in the open testing on public roads, it doesn’t come as a surprise the folks from Affalterbach are also working on its coupe-ish counterpart. They travelled to northern Sweden with a slightly disguised prototype hiding a more aggressive front fascia featuring bigger vents to cool down the larger and more powerful engine.

 

You can easily identify it as being a “63”-badged model by looking at its quad exhaust tips, while between them should be a diffuser, which this prototype did not have. Those beefy brakes are also a sign we’re dealing with the range topper in the GLC’s lineup.

 

In regards to what will power it, we know for sure the coupe-ified crossover will be blessed with Mercedes-AMG’s biturbo 4.0-liter V8. Whether it will have the same outputs as it does in the C63 / C63 S or it will have slightly more remains to be seen. Worst-case scenario, the standard GLC 63 Coupe will get 469 horsepower (349 kilowatts) and 479 pound-feet (648 Newton-meters) while the S will up the power ante to 503 bhp (375 kW) and 516 lb-ft (698 Nm).

 

Both the GLC 63 and its coupe companion are going to be out in 2017 with standard 4Matic all-wheel drive and will go on sale by the year’s end. We’ll have to wait and see whether Mercedes will reveal both of them at the same time or it will decide to host the coupe’s premiere several months later.
