中兴通讯科技公司将投资146亿元人民币来开展汽车业务。目前中兴通讯已完成对珠海广通客车的收购业务，组建了中兴智能汽车有限公司，未来将主要投身在新能源商用客车领域，并围绕新能源汽车研发、设计、生产制造，以及车联网应用、大数据、自动驾驶云、计算中心的系统研发与建设运营，打造全新产业板块。中兴通讯组建了全新的中兴智能汽车有限公司，并为其投入高达146亿元人民币的资金。在今年7月，中兴通讯已经完成了对珠海广通客车的收购，并在珠海金湾区拿下1200亩土地，计划在2017年元月分两期建设新能源汽车基地，一期到2017年年底计划实现新能源汽车产能为1万辆，其他商用客车产能为2万辆的目标。未来将为深圳西部公共汽车有限公司提供204台8米长的纯电动客车及智能充电基础配套等相关服务。中兴智能汽车副总经理田锋在此前接受采访时表示：“未来汽车趋势是电动化、智能化，这是中兴通讯的优势。另一方面，新能源汽车是中国制造业升级重要方向，也是中国汽车产业超越欧美的战略机会。我们的视角是未来汽车就是带着四个轮子的智能手机，运输系统会融入到智慧城市、智慧交通、物联网，包括大数据、云计算，都会进行无缝融合”。

ZTE has set up a new ZTE ITS Co. Ltd., and the investment totals up to 14.6 billion yuan. In July this year, ZTE has completed the acquisition of Zhuhai Guangtong Bus, and has bought 1200 mu of land in Jinwan district of Zhuhai. It divides the construction of new energy base into two phases, planning to achieve the capacity of 10,000 vehicles of new energy vehicle by the end of 2017, and other commercial passenger vehicles 20,000 vehicles. In the future it will provide 204 units of 8-meter long pure electric buses and intelligent charging supporting basic services and other related services for Shenzhen Western Bus Co. Ltd.
