天津一汽在2016年推出了骏派品牌的第二款车型——骏派A70，但目前产品线过于狭窄，急需加快产品布局。天津一汽在2016年底对其华利工厂进行了大规模升级改造，为今年骏派品牌将推出的3款新车做准备。据天津一汽夏利汽车股份有限公司生产技术部相关负责人介绍，天津一汽将在“十三五”期间对华利工厂进行三次升级。目前已完成第一阶段，主要是焊装车间改造、新设备和生产线投入、总装的质保线升级还有涂装的全面自动化升级。第二个阶段在2017年中期，会对华利工厂进行全面升级，主要为2018年将要上市的A级SUV等新品做准备。2018年后还会有大的升级，为后续新车型准备。根据规划，2017年天津一汽将陆续推出3款全新车型：一款三厢A级车、一款跨界旅行车和骏派A70纯电动版。结合已经上市的小型SUV骏派D60和首款A级车骏派A70，将形成高低互补的产品布局，满足更多消费者需求。目前天津一汽骏派仅有D60和A70两款车型。天津一汽夏利汽车股份有限公司副总经理金叙龙表示，“新车开发周期一般是三到四年，与一些国内自主品牌对于零配件质量认证不重视的情况不同，我们都经过集团的质量体系认证”。

Tianjin FAW modifies its production line extensively, 3 new models to be launched

Tianjin FAW launched Junpai’s second model A70 in 2016, but its thin production line calls on faster production layouts. Official news come out that Tianjin FAW has modified its Huali factory extensively to prepare for the three new models under Junpai this year.

 

According to relevant person in charge of Production Technology Department of Tianjin FAW Xiali Automobile Co., Ltd., Tianjin FAW will conduct three upgrades for Huali Factory during the “13th-five” period. Currently, the first phrase has been completed, mainly including the reconstruction of welding shops, input of new equipment and production lines, upgrade for assembly lines and comprehensive automation upgrade for painting shops.

 

The second phrase comes in the middle term of 2017, and comprehensive upgrade will be conducted to Huali Factory, mainly preparing for A-class SUV and other new models, which will be launched in 2018. Big upgrades will be continued after 2018 to prepare for new models.

 

According to plan, three new models will be launched by Tianjin FAW in 2017, including an A-class sedan, a crossover wagon and Junpai A70 BEV model. The new models, combined with listed small-size SUV Junpai D60 and the first A-class vehicle Junpai A70, will form a complementary product layout and meet more customers’ demands.

 

Currently, only D60 and A70 under Junpai have been launched into market. Jin Xulong, Vice General Manager of Tianjin FAW Xiali Automobile Co., Ltd. once said that, “The development period of a new model usually takes three to four years. Different from some domestic self-independent brands, Tianjin FAW pays great attention to purchased parts from suppliers. We all have the group’s quality system certification.”
