从2005年开始，江淮集团就迈出国际化的步伐，在巴西埃及等市场取得了不错的成绩。结合自身国际化进程，江淮决定斥资分别在哈萨克斯坦与墨西哥合资建厂。记者从江淮汽车官方获悉，其墨西哥工厂总投资额达14.52亿元，未来会投产瑞风S2与S3两款车型，哈萨克斯坦工厂计划引入新能源车型江淮iEV6S。综合来看，江淮旗下的4款SUV将以CKD组装的形式在海外生产并销售。江淮将海外市场拓展划分了两个部分，分别是独联体与拉丁美洲。其中哈萨克斯坦的工厂配合国家“一带一路”战略，符合大环境下的海外发展趋势，同时借助哈萨克斯坦免关税进入独联体市场。墨西哥工厂的消费市场主要以墨西哥本土为主，兼顾中美洲市场，以青年为主要消费群体，同时借助用工厂股东吉安特的分销网络，以备之后其产品能够更好的在北美市场销售。墨西哥合资工厂是由墨西哥汽车制造商吉安特汽车（Giant Motors）、中国江淮汽车（JAC）和分销商Chori Co Ltd共同出资14.52亿人民币（44亿墨西哥比索）打造，位于墨西哥城东北部城市Ciudad Sahagun。该工厂预计于今年下半年开始运营，主要用于生产江淮SUV车型S2和S3。根据规划，工厂产能将在接下来的四年里达到1万辆，工厂年产能最高可达4万辆左右。“未来，这座工厂还将生产电动汽车。”墨西哥伊达尔戈州（Hidalgo）州长奥马-法亚德（OmarFayad）表示。哈萨克斯坦工厂位于汽车城库斯塔奈，是江淮与阿鲁尔集团合资建立，先期将采用CKD组装的形式生产。2015年底，江淮汽车首批产品在工厂下线并在上市，当年即进入品牌销量排行榜前15名。2016年，江淮S3车型荣获哈萨克斯坦国内“人民品牌”称号，这是唯一获此殊荣的汽车品牌。2016年当地生产的江淮汽车在哈萨克斯坦的销售量同比增幅超过500%，今年江淮汽车在当地销量预计将增加一倍。
JAC invests greatly for overseas production, with four SUV models going globe
JAC Group is taking steps towards internationalization since the year 2005, achieving good results in Brazil and Egypt market. This time, JAC decides to construct joint-venture factories in Kazakhstan and Mexico respectively. Official data provides that the total investment in Mexico will achieve RMB 1.45b for the production of Refine S2 and S3. The Kazakhstan factory plans to introduce JAC iEV6S. The four SUV models under JAC will be produced and sold in overseas market in the form of assembling CKD.
JAC has divided overseas market into CIS and Latin American two parts. The Kazakhstan factory conforms to the national B&R strategy, providing access for JAC Group to enter into CIS market with the free-duty policy in Kazakhstan. Mexican factory mainly targets at youngsters in Mexico market. Besides, the factory shareholder Giant’s sales channels will also help increase the sales volume in North American market.
The Mexican joint-venture factory is co-constructed by Mexican automobile manufacturer Giant Motors, JAC Auto and Chori Co. LTd. with a combined investment of RMB 1.45b. It is located in the northeastern city Ciudad Sahagun of Mexico. It’s expected that the factory will operate in the latter half of this year, mainly producing SUV S2 and S3. According to plan, the annual capacity will reach 10,000 units in the next four years, with peak annual capacity reaching 40,000 units. “In the future, the factory will produce electric cars.” Omar Fayad, governor of Hidalgo, Mexico said.
Located in auto city Kostanay, the Kazakhstan factory is co-invested by JAC and Arul Group. At the end of 2015, its first batch of products rolled off the production line and went into market, ranking top 15 brands in terms of brand sales. In 2016, the JAC S3 model won Kazakhstan “People’s brand” title, which is the only auto brand winning such honor. The 2016 JAC Auto’s local produced sales volume increases more than 500% in Kazakhstan. It’s predicted that the sales would double in 2017.
