今年2月,一汽集团与东风集团在长春签署了战略性框架协议,双方计划合作共建前瞻共性技术创新中心。3月31日,在东风风神媒体沟通会上,东风乘用车透露了双方的部分合作细节。据介绍,双方的合作将主要集中在车载智能网联、燃料电池、轻量化等领域。据东风乘用车介绍,与一汽进行技术合作共建前瞻共性技术创新中心将是企业转型升级的重大举措。双方合作将充分利用国内外研发资源,突破目前企业与外部资源合作研究的模式。此外,一汽与东风合作还可以实现共同承担风险,降低研发成本的作用,实现“1+1>2”的可能。东风与一汽的合作包括共同研发超低碳汽车技术、零排放汽车技术、兼容环境的智能出行系统、基于网络的汽车数字化智能化设计、制造、服务技术等。而研发成果将体现在智能网联、燃料电池和轻量化等三个方面。作为双方合作的主要课题之一,智能网联汽车同时也是未来出行的发展趋势。根据规划,创新中心将从传感器感知、算法决策、机电一体化等三个方面入手,形成支撑L3级以上的智能网联汽车技术架构和基础软硬件平台。在平台建设方面,东风与一汽将共同打造电动平台和高级轿车平台两大轻量化技术平台,两大平台将在质量、性能、成本间寻求平衡。此外,双方还将在铝材、碳纤维、钢铝复合材料性能、强度、设计等方面进行深入研发,为两大平台在轻量化和强度方面打下良好的基础。
FAW and Dongfeng Motor’s cooperation covers connected car
FAW and Dongfeng Group signed a strategic framework agreement in Changchun this February, planning to cooperatively construct a technological innovation center. It’s revealed that the cooperation will focus on connected car, fuel battery and ultralight automobiles.
Dongfeng Motor introduced that the cooperation with FAW to construct a technological innovation center is an important measure in the enterprise’s transformation and upgrade. The two sides will fully make use of foreign and domestic R&D resources to make breakthroughs in the current cooperative pattern with outer resources. Besides, FAW could also shoulder risks with Dongfeng Motor to decrease R&D costs to achieve possibilities of “1+1>2”.
The cooperation will focus on ultra-low carbon vehicle technologies, zero emission vehicle technologies, intelligent travel system compatible with environment, and digital intelligent design, manufacture and service technologies based on Internet. The R&D work will reflect on intelligent network, fuel battery and ultralight automobiles.
As an important topic of cooperation, connected car is also a trend for future travel. According to plan, the innovation center will work on sensor perception, algorithm decision and mechanotronics to form a basic hardware and software platform and technological framework to sustain vehicles above L3-levels.
Dongfeng will also construct electric platform and high-level car platform to find balance in quality, performance and costs. Besides, the two sides will construct R&D in performances, intensity and design of aluminum products, carbon fiber and steel aluminum composite, to lay solid foundation for the two platforms.
