近日，一汽轿车发布2016年年报，在报告期内，公司实现营业收入227.10亿元，同比减少14.83%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润亏损9.54亿元；基本每股收益-0.59元；加权平均净资产收益率-11.64%。公司计划不派发现金红利，不送红股，不转增。据报道，2016年公司面临着市场环境和自身发展所带来的前所未有的压力和挑战，去年实现整体销售19.35万辆，较上年减少17.97%，导致收入和相关利润指标较上年相比出现下降。一汽轿车在年报中称，公司目前所处的狭义乘用车市场中领先的汽车企业有上汽大众、一汽大众、长安汽车、长城汽车、吉利汽车等，公司产品面临着巨大的压力和挑战。同时，年报中提及公司拟终止建设中国一汽D021项目。据了解，该项目是公司全新自主开发的一款高端MPV车型，已实际投资2.09亿元。公司方面表示，终止建设中国一汽 D021 项目是基于对项目实施的客观条件和市场环境变化的审慎分析研究后而做出的决定，可避免投资损失，提高资金的使用效率，符合公司发展整体利益的需要。

According to the report, in 2016 the company was faced with unknown pressure and challenges due to the market environment and their own development. The company achieved the overall sales of 193 thousand and 500 units last year, 17.97% less than last year, resulting in the decline of revenue and profits index compared with last year.
In the annual report FAW car shows that in the narrow-sense passenger car market where the company is currently located, the leading automobile companies includes SAIC Volkswagen, FAW Volkswagen, Changan automobile, the Great Wall automobile, Geely Automobile. FAW’s products are facing enormous pressure and challenges.
At the same time, the annual report mentions that the company intends to terminate the construction of Chinese FAW D021 project. It is understood that the project is to produce a new developed high-end MPV model, which has actually been invested 209 million Yuan. The company says the termination of this project is a decision based on the careful analysis and study of the objective conditions and market environment changes.
