日前，北汽（广州）汽车有限公司根据《缺陷汽车产品召回管理条例》的要求，向国家质检总局备案了召回计划，决定2017年4月21日起，召回2015年6月3日至2016年1月8日期间生产的部分2015年款绅宝X65车辆，共计1163辆。据悉，本次召回范围的原因是由于发动机缸盖的气门油封压装工艺变更，气门油封压装过程中可能封闭不严，容易在气门杆部产生积碳，可能出现发动机偶发抖动、动力性能下降的现象，极端情况下可能造成发动机缸盖损坏，存在安全隐患。北汽（广州）汽车有限公司将为召回范围车辆免费更换发动机缸盖总成，以消除安全隐患。目前，北汽（广州）汽车有限公司授权北京汽车股份有限公司实施此次召回活动。北京汽车股份有限公司将通过官网、各地的特约销售服务店以挂号信、电话等方式通知召回范围内车辆用户到店进行免费检查及更换，用户也可以致电北京汽车服务热线400-810-8100及当地的北京汽车特约销售服务店服务热线进行咨询。
BAIC is to Recall 1163 Units Saab X65 of 2015
It was reported that, BAIC(Guangzhou) Motor Company Limited has decided to recall part of the 2015 Saab X65 produced from June 3rd, 2015 to January 8th, 2016 for a total of 1163 units since April 21st, 2017 according to the requirement of Regulations on Administration for the Recalling of Defect Auto Products. It has already put it on record for AQSIQ.
Because the press-fitting technology for the valve oil seal of engine cylinder heads was modified, the valve oil seal may not be closed tightly and there may be carbon deposition around the valve stem, which would leading to occasional shake of the engine, have its dynamic performance declined and even cause damage of engine cylinder heads in extreme conditions, leaving a potential safety hazard. BAIC (Guangzhou) Motor Company Limited is to change engine cylinder heads assembly for recalled vehicles freely to remove the safety hazard.
At present, BAIC (Guangzhou) Motor Company Limited has empowered BAIC Motor to implement the recall. BAIC Motor will inform its users on its website and by authorized dealers throughout the country with registered letters or phone calls and drivers can detect and change their cars freely in service shops. Users can also call customer service hotline of BAIC by dialing 400-810-8100 and service hotline of local authorized dealers of BAIC for detail information.
