5月8日，网通社从北京汽车官方获悉，公司执行董事李峰先生因工作需要将不再担任本公司执行董事、薪酬委员会委员、战略委员会委员。董事会建议委任陈宏良先生为本公司执行董事、薪酬委员会委员及战略委员会委员，任期自本公司股东大会批准之日起，至第三届董事会任期结束时止。陈宏良先生，52岁，工学硕士、研究员级高级工程师，现任本公司总裁及党委副书记。陈宏良有二十余年的汽车行业经验，自1996年1月至2008年9月历任南京依维柯汽车有限公司车身厂副厂长（主管技术质量系统）、采购部部长、总装厂厂长、副总经理等职务，自2008年9月至2009年2月担任南京依维柯汽车有限公司党委副书记。自2009年2月至2014年1月陈宏良先后担任北京汽车工业控股有限责任公司乘用车事业部副总经理，本公司运营与生产本部副本部长、专务总监，株洲分公司总经理和党委书记，2014年1月至2017年3月担任本公司副总裁、北京奔驰汽车有限公司高级执行副总裁和党委书记，自2017年3月起担任北京汽车总裁和党委副书记。
BAIC has Mr. Cheng Hongliang to be the Executive Director
Internet Info Agency has known from BAIC on May 8th that, Mr. Cheng Hongliang was proposed to be executive director, member of the compensation committee and the strategic committee by the board of directors to take the place of Mr. Li Feng, the term of office will start from the approval date of BAIC’s general meeting of stockholders, and finish by the end of the 3rd board of directors.
Mr. Cheng Hongliang, who is 52 years old and is a master of engineering and a senior engineer at a level of research worker, is the existing president and deputy secretary of the party committee of BAIC. He has more than 20 years’ experience for auto industry and has been vice plant manager of the car plant (in charge of the technical quality system), master of the purchase department, manager of the assembly plant, and vice president and so on of IVECO (Nanjing) Automobile Co., Ltd from January 1996 to September 2008. He has also been deputy secretary of the party committee of IVECO (Nanjing) Automobile Co., Ltd from September 2008 to February 2009.
He has been general manager of the passenger car division of Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd (BAIHC), deputy director and director of special businesses of BAIC’s operation and production department, general manager and secretary of the party committee of its Zhuzhou branch company from February 2009 to January 2014; and has been vice president of BAIC, senior executive vice-president and secretary of the party committee of Benz(Beijing) Automobile Co., Ltd from January 2014 to March 2017; been president and deputy secretary of the party committee of BAIC from March 2017.
