截至6月29日收盘，吉利汽车以1543.9亿港元的总市值，首次超越比亚迪成汽车自主品牌行业第一，在全国汽车整车企业中的排名跃居第三。今年5月24日，吉利集团宣布收购DRB旗下宝腾汽车49.9%的股份以及豪华跑车品牌路特斯(Lotus Group)51%的股份，吉利集团将成为宝腾汽车的独家外资战略合作伙伴。此后，吉利汽车的股价一路飙升，截至6月29日收盘，吉利汽车股价报收17.28港元，市值在一个月的时间内大涨408.9亿港元(5月31日其市值仅为1135亿港币)，达1543.9亿港元。据了解，目前国内整车车企中行业市值第一和第二分别是上汽集团和广汽集团，其中上汽集团最新市值3591.5亿元，远超第二、第三名。广汽集团目前市值1699亿元，吉利汽车与广汽集团差距趋小，大有赶超广汽成行业第二之势。

Geely Auto’s market value exceeds BYD for the first time, ranking third in domestic auto industry

Geely Auto’s total market value exceeded BYD for the first time on June 29th, ranking first among self-independent brands and third among all domestic auto industry.

Geely Group announced to purchase 49.9% shares of Proton Auto from DRB Group and 51% shares of luxury brand Lotus Group on May 24th, becoming Proton Auto’s exclusively foreign strategic partner.

Geely Auto’s stock price soared afterwards, reaching HKD 17.28 on June 9th. Its market value also increases HKD 40.89b to HKD 154.39b during one-month period.

It’s known that SAIC and GAC ranking first and second respectively in the domestic auto market in terms of market value. SAIC Group has a market value of RMB 359.1b currently, much greater than others. GAC Group has a market value of RMB 169.9b, and the distance between Geely Group and GAC Group is narrowing fast.
