日前，PSA集团发布公告称，刘卫东取代竺延风任PSA监事会监事及副主席,同时他也是PSA监事会下设的战略委员会成员。安铁成接替刘卫东任PSA监事会成员、亚洲业务发展委员会主席和财务/审计委员会成员。今年4月，原一汽轿车股份公司总经理安铁成调任东风汽车公司副总经理，6月，安铁成接替刘卫东任神龙汽车公司董事长、东风标致雪铁龙销售公司董事长。同时，刘卫东调离东风神龙,掌管东风乘用车、东风裕隆以及东风汽车国际业务。之所以如此，其中一部分原因是PSA在华销量不佳。据相关统计数据显示，今年1~6月,PSA全球新车销量为157.9万辆,相较于去年同期的154.4万辆,微增2.31%。其中,伊朗市场增长显著,使得该集团在中东和非洲地区的销量上涨了两倍多,达到27.8万辆。然而在中国及东南亚市场,今年1~6月PSA累计销量仅为15.2万辆,较去年同期的29.7万辆同比下滑了48.6%。

Liu Weidong takes Zhu Yanfeng’s place as Supervisor and Vice Chairman of PSA Supervision Board

Currently, PSA released announcement that Liu Weidong would take Zhu Yanfeng’s place as supervisor and vice chairman of PSA supervision board, in the meantime Liu would also be a member of the strategy committee. An Tiecheng would take Liu Weidong’s place as member of PSA supervision board, chairman of Asia Business Development Council and member of finance and audit committees.

An Tiecheng was appointed as Vice General Manager of Dongfeng Auto in April this year, and took Liu Weidong’s place as Board Chairman of DPCA and DPCA Sales Company in June. In the meantime, Liu Weidong left DPCA and took in charge of DFPA, Dongfeng Yulong and international businesses of Dongfeng Auto.

The above adjustments are resulted partly by PSA’s bad domestic sales performance. Statistical data shows that PSA has a global sales volume of 1.58m units in the first half of year, increasing 2.31% year-on-year with the basis of 1.54m units. The great growth in Iranian market brings a doubling sales volume in Middle East and African market with a number of 278,000 units. But the total sales volume in Chinese and Southeast Asian markets only reaches 152,000 units in the first half of year, decreasing 48.6% year-on-year.
