日前,记者从“密西根--广东交流论坛”上获悉,两地签订友好省州协议已有一年,未来将继续加强合作,尤其是在汽车行业,有望在广州设立全国首个自动驾驶测试基地。密西根州曾有着全美最高的失业率,但今年6月份,其失业率已降至3.8%,为17年来最低。连续的税收改革和政策优化也为密西根州吸引了更多资本。密西根州曾有着全美最高的失业率,但今年6月份,其失业率已降至3.8%,为17年来最低。连续的税收改革和政策优化也为密西根州吸引了更多资本。密西根州的风险投资公司目前已拥有17亿美元的资产管理规模,相比过去5年增长了45%,其经济在商业增长方面居全美之首。去年5月,密西根州与广东签订友好省州协议。继在深圳建立了密西根州深圳创新中心后,密西根州对广东贸易投资方面今后将继续加强合作。密西根州汽车科研占了整个全美汽车方面研发投资76%,尤其在智能出行和无人驾驶技术方面取得开创性成果。而广州的汽车产业也相当强劲,与美国也有很多合作及沟通。目前密西根州有一个名为Mcity项目的自动驾驶测试基地,占地面积达35英亩,他透露,目前广州也正在商谈与Mcity同类的项目,全国首个自动驾驶测试基地有望落户羊城。

The first domestic self-driving test base is expected to be located in Guangzhou

Currently, reporters knew from “Michigan-Guangdong Communication Forum” that, the two places will continue to strengthen cooperation in the future and it’s expected that the first domestic self-driving test base will be located in Guangzhou, the provincial capital of Guangdong province.

It’s introduced that Michigan had the highest unemployment rate once across the nation, but the rate dropped to 3.8% this June, the lowest in consecutive 17 years. The continuous tax reforms and favorable policies also attracted more funds for Michigan.

Michigan signed a cooperative agreement with Guangdong Province in May, 2016. It would continue to cooperate in trade and investments in Guangdong after the establishment of Michigan-Shenzhen innovative center. Auto R&D investment in Michigan occupies for 76% of the total auto R&D investment in America, obtaining original achievements in intelligent transportation and self-driving technologies. Guangzhou also has a large auto industry, cooperating greatly with America. It’s introduced that Michigan has a self-driving test base called Mcity Project, which is expected to be implemented in Yang Cheng, Guangdong Province.
