8月8日,一汽夏利公布了7月份汽车产销量。数据显示,7月份公司汽车产量2509辆,去年同期为1450辆,同比增长约73%。前7月份累计产量16342辆,同比去年22235辆下降了约26.5%;7月份汽车销量1989辆,去年同期为1696辆;前7月份累计销量13527辆,同比去年20729辆下降了约35%。一汽夏利的经营问题由来已久。事实上,尽管通过出售资产令一汽夏利在2016年收获短暂盈利,但其2017年一季报业绩再度曝出2.66亿元的亏损,并且预计中报业绩又出现6.65亿元至7.15亿元的亏损。正是在此背景下,公司二股东百利装备集团在时隔一年之后,再度提出减持计划,或套现4亿元。这已经不是百利装备集团第一次减持一汽夏利的股份。尽管百利装备集团前后两次给出的减持原因均是经营资金的需求,但是市场分析人士却倾向于认为,一汽夏利的经营业绩欠佳,一汽也无法解决其与子公司业竞争态势。
FAW Xiali Sales Fell 35% in the First Seven Months
August 8, FAW Xiali released its volume of production and sales of July. Data shows that production in July was 2,509 units, 1,450 units in last July, an increase of about 73%. The cumulative output of the first seven months is 16,342 units, a decrease of about 26.5% compared with last years' 22,235 units. Sales in July was 1,989 units, 1,696 units in last July. The cumulative sales of the first seven months was 13,527 units, a decrease of about 35% compared with last years' 20,729 units.
There has always been problems in FAW Xiali's management. Though selling assets may allow FAW Xiali to see short-term profit in 2016, FAW Xiali has experienced a loss of 266 million yuan in 2017 first quarterly results, and a expected loss of about 665 million yuan to 715 million yuan in mid-year results. Against this background, BENEFO, the second biggest shareholder, proposes its plan of reducing shareholding once again to no more than 79.5 million shares( no more than 4.99% of the total share capital). In other words, BENEFO may cash 4 million yuan.
This is not the first time that BENEFO reduces FAW Xiali shares. Although BENEFO says the reduction is for operating funds, market analysts tend to believe it is because of FAW Xiali's poor management and inabilities of in the competitions with its subsidiaries.
