奔驰将利用本月举行的北京车展发布一款针对宝马X6的竞争车型Concept Coupe SUV。宝马X6是在08年上市的，目前正准备推出第二代车型，而奔驰仍为推出直接竞争车型。不过，奔驰将在两周后的北京车展发布这款概念车，或许该车就是传言已久的MLC。而其量产版计划于明年发布并在美国亚拉巴马州Tuscaloosa工厂投产，该厂还生产M级SUV。奔驰表示，该车将提供“极具动感的操控性”。新车外观将比M级车型更具侵略性，将采用更倾斜的车顶线条和倾角更大风挡。

 

Mercedes-Benz previews BMW X6 rival with Concept Coupe SUV

Mercedes-Benz will be previewing at this month's Beijing Motor Show its BMW X6 competitor with the Concept Coupe SUV.

 

The BMW X6 has been on sale since 2008 and is getting ready for a second generation but Mercedes-Benz still hasn't launched a direct adversary. However, the three-pointed star company is on the right track as in a couple of weeks in Beijing they will unveil this Concept Coupe SUV, previewing what will probably be the long-rumored MLC.

 

It's scheduled to come out next year and will be built in United States at the Tuscaloosa, Alabama factory alongside the M-Class. Promising to offer "very dynamic handling", the new model will look considerably more aggressive than the regular M-Class and will adopt a more sloping roofline together with a raked windscreen.
