2015 Honda Fit gets priced and detailed

Honda has announced the 2015 Fit will be priced from $15,525 when it goes on sale in the United States on April 14th.

 

The entry-level LX comes equipped with power windows / locks,cruise control and air conditioning. The model also has a rearview camera, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink and a four-speaker audio system.

 

Moving up to the $17,435 Fit EX adds a push-button ignition, floor mats and a six-speaker Display Audio system with a 7-inch display. The model also has 16-inch alloy wheels.

 

Last but not least, the range-topping Fit EX-L starts at $19,800 and includes all the aforementioned equipment as well as heated leather front seats and a standard CVT transmission.

 

Power is provided by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that develops 130 bhp (97 kW) and 114 lb-ft (154 Nm) of torque. When connected to the improved six-speed manual transmission, the model returns 29 mpg city / 37 mpg highway / 32 combined. Opting for the continuously variable transmission increases those numbers up to 33 mpg city / 41 highway / 36 combined.
