Nissan Lannia concept could go into production
Nissan recently unveiled the Lannia concept at the Beijing Motor Show and the company is already hinting they could offer a production version.
In a press release, Nissan's Chief Planning Officer hinted "You can see that the car itself is much closer to a production type vehicle." Andy Palmer went on to say "Whilst we haven't confirmed yet that this will definitely go into production, I think it's definitely fair to say that we have every intention that this goes to market."
As we have previously reported, the Lannia concept is aimed at China's "balinghou" generation which is described as "digitally savvy, aspirational and the core driver of consumption in China." As for the car itself, it borrows a number of cues from other Nissan concepts including a V-motion front fascia, a "floating" roof and boomerang-shaped headlights.
