The 2015 BMW X5 M and X6 M has been spied undergoing testing alongside each other.

 

Designed to be the sportiest crossovers on the market, the models are equipped with an aggressive front fascia that has a revised grille and larger air intakes. We can also see aerodynamic side skirts, a four-tailpipe exhaust system and lightweight alloy wheels which are backed up by high-performance brakes. The X6 M also appears to have a more pronounced rear spoiler but it hard to be certain.

 

Both models are expected to feature a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine that produces more than 555 PS (408 kW) and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque. This could enable them to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in less than 4.7 seconds, before hitting an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
