2016款标致3008合成图近日曝光，该车将在下月开幕的日内瓦车展正式发布。从合成图看，新款3008不再采用原来的MPV设计，而是更多的融入了跨界车造型。虽然现行版3008在中国市场很成功，但在欧洲销量并不理想。因此标致希望将新车改成跨界车风格以提升吸引力，同时在车型众多的C级跨界车市场能拥有更强竞争力。预计新车将与308紧凑型掀背车共享同一平台，两车也将共享三缸和四缸涡轮增压引擎。目前标致还在开发其插电混动版，不过该车不太可能采用柴油电机组合。3008入门级车型将采用前驱布局，而高功率版本则可提供全驱系统。根据不同的引擎选择，可搭配手动或自动变速器。

 

2016 Peugeot 3008 render shows transition to crossover

Our colleagues from OmniAuto.it have digitally envisaged the second-generation Peugeot 3008 based on the most recent spy images.

 

The 3008 will shed its multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) roots to make the switch to a more conventional crossover body style as represented in the attached digital render. The outgoing model is not exactly a looker, so hopefully Peugeot’s styling gurus will work their magic and come up with a design that will allow the 3008 to be a worthy competitor in the crowded crossover C segment.

 

While the current car is a success in China, the 3008 hasn’t been doing that great in Europe, but the switch to a crossover body will surely boost sales.

 

It will likely ride on the same platform as the 308 compact hatchback from where it will inherit a series of turbocharged three- and four-cylinder engines. A plug-in hybrid derivative is likely in the works as well, but it won’t be the diesel-electric setup pioneered by PSA as the French automotive conglomerate has announced plans to axe it.

 

The cheaper versions are going to adopt a front-wheel drive arrangement, but the beefier motors will be linked to an all-wheel drive system. Depending on engine choice, an assortment of manual and automatic transmissions is going to be offered.

 

Expect to see the reinvented Peugeot 3008 go official in a little over a month from now at the Geneva Motor Show.
