近日外媒披露了2018款宝马1系的细节。新车将与MINI Cooper和2系Active Tourer共享前轮驱动UKL平台。该车将是三门和五门掀背车以及轿车版本。而轿跑车和敞篷版本预计造型风格与2系车共享。该车的轴距的车厢内空间将比现行版更大，但由于采用更多铝制材料，因此重量更低，燃油经济性进一步提升。目前还不清楚新车动力系统选择，但很可能搭载一系列三缸和四缸引擎，另外据传将推出全轮驱动的M1版本，该车将搭载2.0升双涡轮增压引擎，功率达到268千瓦/360马力。

 

2018 BMW 1-Series to be larger & front-wheel drive

New details are starting to emerge about the 2018 BMW 1-Series.

 

According to Auto Express, the redesigned model will ride on the front-wheel drive UKL1 platform that underpins the MINI Cooper and the 2-Series Active Tourer. The car will reportedly be available as a three- and five-door hatchback as well as a sedan. We can also expect it to preview the next-generation 2-Series Coupe and Convertible.

 

The model is expected to have a longer wheelbase and a more accommodating cabin but it will reportedly use aluminum components to reduce weight and improve fuel efficiency.

 

Engine options remain unconfirmed but will likely include a variety of three- and four-cylinder units. There are also rumors about an all-wheel drive M1 which could use a twin-turbo 2.0-liter petrol engine that develops approximately 360 bhp (268 kW).
