有人根据最近拍到的谍照绘制了2016款欧宝雅特合成图。从合成图看，新车比老款车外观更锐利，它的很多设计元素预计将取自Monza概念车。不过，车身尺寸不会有太大变化，但好消息是，新车重量将比老款车降低100公斤。同时还将提供LED前大灯和尾灯组，而其内部结构与在中国上市的新一代雪佛兰科鲁兹非常接近，因此预计两车将共享D2XX平台。不过，该车不会在德国生产，而是在英国埃尔斯米尔港和波兰格利维策投产。另外据传新车不会提供三门GTC车型，不过OPC版本将于2017年发布，该车将搭载1.6升四缸涡轮增压引擎，功率209千瓦/280马力。该车可能会在8月底首次亮相，随后将在9月开幕的法兰克福车展正式与公众见面。

 

2016 Opel Astra rendered based on latest spy shots

The Opel Astra K has returned in a couple of speculative renders based on the most recent spy shots.

 

It is set to adopt a sharper design compared to the outgoing model and will likely feature a few styling cues from the Monza concept. It won't be that much different in terms of size, but the good news is Opel's engineers have put the new Astra on a strict diet as the model could lose up to 100 kg (220 lbs).

 

Previous spy images have shown upper-spec models are getting LED headlights and taillights while the underpinnings will like have a lot in common with the new generation China-spec Chevrolet Cruze as the Astra is expected to ride on the D2XX platform.

 

Fans of the brand will not be happy to hear the Opel Astra won't wear the "Made in Germany" sticker as GM has decided to assemble the model only in Ellesmere Port, UK and Gliwice, Poland. Another bad news is the rumored demise of the three-door GTC model, but at least Opel has confirmed a new OPC slated for a 2017 release with a four-cylinder, 1.6-liter turbo engine developing approximately 280 bhp (209 kW).

 

A public debut is set for Frankfurt Motor Show in September, but Opel will probably decide to show us the car towards the end of August.
