法拉利近日发布了488 Spider，该车将在9月开幕的法兰克福车展首次与公众见面，随后于年底开始销售。法拉利声称这是目前动力最强劲的后置引擎V8车型，这台取自488 GTB的3.9升V8双涡轮增压引擎功率493千瓦/670马力@8000转/分，扭矩760牛米@3000转/分，百公里加速时间3秒，加速至时速200公里也仅需8.7秒。这款车配备折叠硬顶，可在14秒打开/内向后折叠成两部分。同时也是气动效率最高的法拉利敞篷车。该车采用吹气扰流器和空气动力学车底结合涡流发生器，电控玻璃后挡风条可设置三个不同的位置。488 Spider的框架底盘由11种不同的铝合金材料制成，与488 GTB提供相同的抗扭刚性和硬度，同时底盘性能提升25%。

 

Ferrari 488 Spider revealed with 670 PS

Ferrari has quietly introduced the 488 Spider, scheduled to make its official premiere during the Frankfurt Motor Show this September.

 

The Italian company explains this is the most powerful ever mid-rear-engined V8 car of the brand to feature a retractable hard top. This is also “the most aerodynamically efficient Ferrari spider ever built”. The roadster comes with a blown spoiler and an aerodynamic underbody incorporating vortex generators. There’s also an electric glass rear wind stop that can be adjusted to one of three positions.

 

The 488 Spider has a spaceframe chassis made of 11 different aluminium alloys combined with other noble metals, such as magnesium. This provides same torsional rigidity and beam stiffness figures as the 488 GTB with 25% improved chassis performance. The retractable hard top folds backwards in two overlapping sections and it takes 14 seconds for the top to fully retract or deploy.

 

Power is provided by the same 3.9-liter V8 twin-turbo engine used in the 488 GTB, generating 670 PS (493 kW) at 8,000 rpm and 760 Nm (560 lb-ft) of torque at 3,000 rpm. These power figures are enough for a 0-100 km/h sprint (0-62 mph) in three seconds, while hitting the 200 km/h mark takes 8.7 seconds.

 

The 488 Spider will make its global premiere during the 2015 IAA in Frankfurt later this year. Sales could start before the end of the year.
